Make the first step meaningful.
A lasting identity needs a meaningful first step. We’re beginning with real participation: the movement a player records, the challenges they take on, and the progress they can see.
As we test that experience, we’ll share what changes our thinking. Expect observations from the field, design decisions, and questions we’re still working through.
